End of Life Coaching & Planning Includes:
Ten 1.5 hour Care Planning Visits over 3 months (approximately 3 meetings/month) | Phone & Text Access to the Doula | Assistance with Advance Directives | Evaluation of the Environment to Improve the Quality of Life | Evaluation of Caregiver Status Needs Preliminary Vigil Planning | Coordination with Medical/Hospice Care Providers
Sacred Passage Vigil Attendance
This is for people who want to focus on creating a vigil plan for the last days of life.
Vigil Package Includes:
3 Day 24/7 Bedside Attendance during the last days of life | Phone & Text Access to the Doula | Assistance with Advance Directives | Evaluation of the Environment to Improve the Quality of Life | Evaluation of Caregiver Status & Needs | Life Review | Full Vigil Plan Development

This is for people who want to rely upon an End of Life Doula to help guide them throughout the entirety of the process.
End of Life Planning & Vigil Includes:
